L’Andana has two main buildings, the Villa and the Fattoria, united by a delightfully informal Winter Garden, the lobby and the reception, with wide windows from where enjoying a stunning view of the Maremma landscape; and "La Casa" that captures the soul of the Maremma landscape and wins the hearts of its guests with a genuine, authentic atmosphere, with that rare intimacy of a real home, “La Casa” in Italian. The interior decor have undergone extensive rebuilding and restyling carried out under the supervision of architect Ettore Mocchetti, Chief Editor of AD Italy, and expresses through the furnishings the intimate soul of Tuscany, with its warm colours, its simplicity and uniqueness. Hotel’s furnishings colors, as well as the tints of rooms and suites, are consistent with this idea and perfectly blend with the Tuscan-style of the furniture and the precious silks of the Florentine fabrics.

La Casa has a total of 14 rooms and suites, each with views of the green and surrounding hills, covered in orderly rows of olive trees, and beyond, live oaks, strawberry trees and mastic trees, which give off an unmistakable balsamic aroma of the Mediterranean macchia.
